Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I have used Flowers Across Melbourne quite a few times now as the flowers are always beautiful and communication is wonderful. I had made an error for the address. Within no time at all Jess and Natalie confirmed the correct address with me and organised my order for delivery. I appreciated all the extra attention given to this order for my friend. Thanks again

Flowers across Melbourne website was so easy to navigate with the large range of bouquets to choose from within my budget and also the extra add-ons that made it a ideal birthday present. It came with tracking,which I followed as I requested a certain time to arrive, I rang my sister right at the the time of delivery by the driver which was on the time to her hospital room. She was surprised and I was too and I was impressed. Highly recommend 💐

I can't say anything about how the item looked as I haven't seen it. However, it looked rather small in the picture and I think I would have liked a choice of size of plant.

One of the bouquets contained a white-tailed spider, which actually bit me. While I understand that such incidents may be difficult to control, it’s concerning to note that every bunch was checked and spiders were found in all of them. In addition, the bouquets were underwhelming: They were delivered after 4:00 pm, The flowers were already wilting upon arrival, And despite using the provided powder, they did not last long.

I ordered these lovely flowers from the UK for my daughter who now lives in St Kilda.
