All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I was very happy with the fast service and how easy it is to order each time, although, it's disappointing you never get to see the actual flowers that are sent, for peace of mind, sending a photo to the customer of their purchase would complete the service beautifully.

Can you please ensure the delivery drivers knock on the door to deliver the flowers. My recipient was home but didn't find the flowers until 2 hours later which is disappointing. Other than that the flowers were beautiful.

As I live in Mildura, I find using Flowers Across Melbourne the best way to get flowers and gifts to my daughters on their exact birthdays and being able to ask to be delivered before a certain time of day is extremely helpful. Having choices about the flowers themselves as in colours, florist choice or the same as the photo helps. My daughters and I are extremely happy each time I have purchased. I have been using Flowers Across Melbourne for 2 years and will continue.

Like that I got sent photos once the gift was delivered, a little disappointed the bouquet looked slightly different to the advertised pictures, they were still nice though, ordering was nice and easy too.

Flowers delivered on time. Flower stems were kept wet. Flower arrangement was as shown. All flowers were fresh and are looking fresh days later.
