That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I was extremely satisfied however ai chose a bouquet with black ribbon and the flowers had a white ribbon on it. The significance of me choosing the red box, black ribbon was that the recipient was a essendon supporter.

The surprise of the flowers was spoiled by the text message, which mentioned a gift was on the way but then revealed it was from Natalie at Flowers Across Melbourne. It might be worth reconsidering who the message appears to come from, as this gives the surprise away and can spoil the experience.
