All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

While an only occasional customer, it would be helpful to be able to set up an online account rather than enter my info each time. I’m in the USA so it might be that that’s not possible. I really do appreciate the service and my daughter seems to like the flowers so, all good! Thanks. Moira Macleod

Flowers across Melbourne website was so easy to navigate with the large range of bouquets to choose from within my budget and also the extra add-ons that made it a ideal birthday present. It came with tracking,which I followed as I requested a certain time to arrive, I rang my sister right at the the time of delivery by the driver which was on the time to her hospital room. She was surprised and I was too and I was impressed. Highly recommend 💐

I can't say anything about how the item looked as I haven't seen it. However, it looked rather small in the picture and I think I would have liked a choice of size of plant.

One of the bouquets contained a white-tailed spider, which actually bit me. While I understand that such incidents may be difficult to control, it’s concerning to note that every bunch was checked and spiders were found in all of them. In addition, the bouquets were underwhelming: They were delivered after 4:00 pm, The flowers were already wilting upon arrival, And despite using the provided powder, they did not last long.

I ordered these lovely flowers from the UK for my daughter who now lives in St Kilda. The Flowers were delivered to a business, where there are people spread through lots of departments, but the flowers were placed on a vacant desk with noone notified onsite. I got a SMS to advise delivery had been made and left at door, which meant that I had to SMS my wife to tell her the go pickup her flowers. Not an ideal scenario to say, "there is a gift at the front door for you, but you have to go and get it". Thanks for deliverying before she finished work which was before the last possible delivery time, as a preivous company delivered after she had left for the day.

The website is very accurate as to what the flowers looked like, easy to navigate and order. The flowers arrived on teh day they were due, the flowers were fresh and my wife was very happy for her birthday, its the second time I have used Flowers Across Melbourne. I will use them again as well.
