Everything was fine, the order tracking was a little off as the original driver didn’t have the product(s) on board for delivery and the order was assigned to someone else, but I never received a follow up tracking link. Staff on the phones were amazing at keeping me updated though. Fantastic work.

I would have loved to have spoken to someone (rather than a bot) about my flower choice but that is probably just a sign of my age! In the end I was happy with my choice although I didnt see the delivery but was impressed with the service including the messages to let me know how the order was progressing and when it was delivered. I would definitely use Flowers Across Melbourne again.

Delivery of flowers was fantastic and fast considering it was a Sunday.
However, the arrangement did not match the image on website - there were too many leaves!

It is very difficult to comment as we don't often see the quality of the arrangement you deliver. I think it would be beneficial to receive a picture from the courier when we receive the delivery notification. It is difficult to evaluate whether your product is value for money or of quality without it.

I normally wouldn’t write something like this, but the flowers delivered were honestly an embarrassment. What arrived looked like something worth no more than $20, completely out of line with what I paid and far below the standard I expected.
To make matters worse, my own siblings mocked me for sending such a small, humble-looking arrangement — it was humiliating. I sent these flowers to show care and respect, yet the presentation had the opposite effect.
I believe in giving honest feedback when something goes wrong, and I hope this helps you improve your service. Please review the quality control on your arrangements, because this experience was deeply disappointing.
