All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

The service was excellent. Jess was great in helping me with selecting an orchid gift because I wasn't keen on just any bunch of flowers. So happy with my experience.

My Sister loved these flowers and Teddy Bear and so did I. The Flowers Across Melbourne's website is very user friendly and the online chat was quick to answer my questions that I had, the live Tracking was very helpful and reassuring, I will definitely use your service again, thankyou to all your team.

I live in Sweden and wanted to send flowers to my friend who recently moved to Melbourne. I got great support with changing delivery time after realizing that my friend would not be home to receive the flowers and I could easily adjust the time myself. Very appreciated and I feel comfortable ordering from you again

Awesome customer service. Checked to make sure my order was correct as it appeared to be a double up. It was correct but they sent out an email to check and gave options if it was a mistake on my end which I appreciated.

Thank you for making my purchase and it's timely delivery possible. It was very easy, and the team were great with checking up that I was ok with a white box because there were no purple ones left, all in the little details. The tracking service was also great, although the estimated time for delivery was a little off the mark, it was delivered same day as promised.

My friend & her 2 children lost their long time best buddy Aussie Bulldog last week. They were stoked with the puppy teddy bear & blue flower delivery. She said it made her week so much better. Your set usi very reasonably priced. Thanks heaps.

There was a tiny confusion with the delivery, where recipient had to ‘fight’ for the right bouquet with delivery person (not quite pleasant on her birthday)

I had given the wrong number on the address and they contacted me and it ended up being delivered on the day. They emailed and it was all sorted Great service

While the flowers were arranged no cely the delivery became the issue. This is is not directly your fault but it did spoil the receivable items. The flowers due to a hot car had lost some of their vibrant look. This was shown and backed up by the chocolates all being melted and very soft because of the same issue. I would also like to highlight that the flowers were changed to yellow which technically was what I ordered but it was not what I thought I was changing. I understood that the box would change to yellow not the flowers. I was hoping for red but with the outer yellow. Needless to say this changed the meaning for the recipient and therefore with the slight wilting and the chocolate being past its usable options the shine was lost. I don't have pictures of this as I was not the person who received the items. Would have loved to document these for you but was unable. Kind regards Tim

I live in Perth so had no idea who to choose as a florist. My friend has recently lost her Mum whose favourite flowers were red roses. Every other florist I looked at either didn’t have red roses of if they did, they were ridiculously expensive. My friend said the roses she received were exquisite. I also appreciated the notification as the flowers were on their way to the destination. You have ticked all the boxes. Thank you.

Needed some flowers sent quickly and they were delivered the same day I ordered them which was so amazing. Such an easy website to navigate and choose something that suits your needs. Definitely recommend and will be using whenever I need to gift anyone flowers

The delivery person did not knock when dropping the flowers to my elderly mum, so the flowers were left outside on a doorstep for 2 hours on an extremely hot day as I was not able to let her know they had arrived until after I finished work, pretty disappointing and lazy to be honest.
