All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

All staff were very helpful and patient and made it clear that they would give me any assistance that I needed to select the right bouquet for my newly born great grandson. Very happy.

I emailed customer service for a refund because my estimated arrival time for delivery was between 10:45 pm and 12:45am the night of my friends birthday. By 8:30pm we had already had to purchase a new gift for her as a replacement because unlike your site says they were not delivered by 7pm. So unhappy with the service - not just because of the incredibly late delivery (what a waste of flowers)! But also because I still am yet to hear back about my refund.

it would be beneficial for you to send a photo of delivered item (like many other businesses do) It is impossible to provide accurate feedback without knowing what was actually delivered.

As I am from the UK, I needed to have flowers delivered to my relative in Melbourne and as I couldn’t view their flowers I had to take a chance on this company and so glad I chose Flowers Across Melbourne as the flowers were delivered super fast and such a beautiful display.
