All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

The website is easy to navigate. So many options to choose from. Delivery was in the time advised. Driver was friendly. The tracker is really handy. The arrangements and flowers are beautiful.

03 September 2025Same day delivery was great! The unique arrangements are fantastic, especially when trying to find the right gift. I was trying to find the right sympathy arrangement and the enchanting rose was perfect. It looked like the picture on the website and the family loved it!
My jaw dropped when I opened the door! The flowers are just absolutely divine! The photos don't do them justice. The care gone into presenting them is incredible. Especially the market daffodils which I did not expect to arrive so beautifully presented. Much to my wonderful surprise they are actually orange trumpets too that I had been up all night trying to find. What a wonderful surprise! I just could not be happier with the flowers and the delivery service. Exceptional! Thank you to all, the Lord is most pleased with His roses and carnations!

02 September 2025I placed my order for a wreath from Brisbane with Flowers Across Melbourne on their website.They responded positively to all my telephone enquiries after placing the order. As promised, they sent me a photo of the actual wreath before the delivery, which was as per the specification and the delivery was made on time.
I always use your services when I need to send flowers. I’m never disappointed. Excellent service.

Thank you for making my order seamless and easy. I was notified of the funeral of a family friend very late the day before the funeral. As I was unable to attend I placed an order very late at night and you delivered my flowers in time for the funeral and this allowed me to at least show that I cared.
