All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I loved the ease in ordering and how beautiful they looked in the vase when ordering but I was a bit disappointed in the appearance of the roses when they arrived. I expected them to be more closed like in the image on the website but they appear to be a few days old and I doubt they will last to the funeral day without starting to die off.

Your service is amazing and economical. The product is not too expensive but the service is very exceptional. I would recommend to friends. I have my sister's birthday at 18 of April, IU would seriously consider sending flowers to her and get your service

I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to flowers, so I went with florists choice and gave only the recipients favorite color. They absolutely knocked it out of the park, could not have asked for a more perfect arrangement

I have not had a response from the recipient, so my only confirmation of delivery is the picture of the flowers by the front door. Not your problem, hopefully they were there when my friend returned home. otherwise thank you for the prompt delivery.

Thank you very much! The location I put down for order was a bit hard to find because of where it is but the delivery person was awesome and kind to whoever collected the flowers on my partner's behalf.

The whole experience was amazing, the arrangement of flowers are beautiful with so many options and variety. The only thing was that when my girlfriend received the flowers, all the flowers were white, despite on the website there was a different arrangement of colours, ranging from pink to purple. I don't know if it was something on my end or yours, but nonetheless I would definitely recommend, it was the best alternative since i'm away on holiday right now. Best believe i'll be shopping from here next time.

Delivery was late afternoon (after 5pm) and chocolates had melted. It would have been better to deliver in the morning.

Special thanks to Fran she was amazing. When I was caught up with my work and was unreachable, she took initiative and delivered the flowers to the correct delivery address, when the mistake was made on my part. Exceptional service from her especially.

Overall its good, the delivery time also on time, but i got small issue about the flower because the flower my gf receive is pink, and as i see in the catalouge its white and i dont get any notification about that before but luckily she loved it

From ordering online to contacting me through email to the driver doing the delivery was very helpfull and professional and I was very pleased with the items I ordered and presentation would highly recommend and purchase from again in the future

You folks are phenomenal which is why I keep coming back… That little extra touch you give is what separates you from everyone else… I’ve used previously Roses Only (rip off) and Blooms (incompetent on another level) but you folks, first time every time! A minor observation - you do note that you will try to provide flowers in bud - I was surprised that so many had already bloomed for the delivery! It didn't spoil the impact but the enjoyment won't last as long! Thank you for making my partner's Valentine's Day so special.

Amazing service and very amenable to order changes. I had my order scheduled for 13/02 but decided to get it earlier for 11/02. I called through (from NZ which is two hours ahead) when they opened and asked if it could be changed, they were happy to send it early and update the message I had on the card. Two hours later I got a notification that they were out for delivery. The first time I called I didn't get through, but another staff member called back to ensure I'd gotten what I needed. Beautiful flowers, my partner absolutely loved them. Based on a couple other boutiques I checked, this one has the best value for money.
