The process to change the date of delivery is v good but I had to make another change very close to the original delivery date and tried to contact you via the online chat method which did not work and I never received a response.
Fortunately I managed to change the date via the website which surprised me as it said it was too late and to contact you via phone. Quite difficult as I live in the UK. Regardless of this, the bouquet arrived on the chosen date and they are lovely.
I only use your website to send flowers to Ellie, you never let me down. Thank you, I highly recommend you for value and beautiful flowers

A fantastic experience.

I am very happy with the service from Flowers Across Melbourne. From ordering to delivery and the quality of flowers, very impressed. Also happy with the emails notifying me when the flowers were on their way and when delivered. The recipient did say however that the delivery person didn’t ring the door bell so she wasn’t aware of them sitting on the door step for a while. Apart from that, all perfect.

I was impressed at how easy it was to edit my order from the order acknowledgement email. I needed to change the delivery date late at night ( being in the UK) . Also some of the best prices I found in the Melbourne area.

It was a very good experience. Just a small suggestion about the website. Users wouldn't know whether a card with messages would be included with the flowers till the item is added to the cart and they are taken to the order page. It would be helpful if the inclusion of the card is mentioned before, at the very beginning.

I have used your services before and therefore had no hesitation in turning back to you. I love how easy it is to navigate your website and customise items. A suggestion i would like to make is that once an item has been selected and added to the cart, there needs to be a button that allows you to continue shopping as this is particularly useful when adding other items to the cart. Other than that Im once again quite impressed by the quality of the arrangements, the speedy delivery process and the ability to get notifications on the status of my order.
